We start with the highest grade materials available, then we precisely cut each board to length using our state of the art saws and optimizing software program. This ensures an accurate cut with little to no waste.
Then the cabinet parts are off to the edging stations where our machines apply a 3mm beveled edge around all the exposed material. This edging is the toughest and thickest in the industry. This 3mm edging process eliminates "corner peel".
Next , its off to the routers where the doors, drawer faces and system holes will be made. Our doors come standard with an eased edge. Unlike our competitors that sell a flat, sharp edged door our specialized high-tech flat bed routers contour each door for a smooth rounded finish.
The doors go another route, they must first go through a Gorilla gluing process. Each door and drawer face will be spayed with a special adhesive and set aside to cure. Once cured it will goto a thermo-laminating membrane press that will re-activate the adhesive and apply the thermo-foils to the eased edge doors and drawer faces.
